This week I have been showing older homes to some customers. Wow, I am so inspired by these old homes! I can see the potential in making them new again. As we are walking through the homes, I can visualize my customers resting in the evenings together in the family room or cooking dinner together in their remodeled kitchen. I see lots of family gatherings happening on the lawn facing their modern style entryway.
